Originally based in Westminster, our company was founded by brothers Brandon and Brian Basham in 1989, to provide brokerage services and proper management to real estate owners. Presently, Basham employs more than 11 brokers, staff, and licensed agents, which ensure a steady income and proper diversification of cash flow.
